We hereby provide the guidelines based on COPE Publication Ethics and believe in maintaining the best practice of transparency towards the scientific community to elude any misconduct. We team up for betterment among readers, authors, editors and reviewers.
*Editors must see to it that all the authors sign on the authorship statement which should include the following
i. Attestation by all the authors according to the policy of authorship which is mentioned in the website.
ii. Declaration that the individual who has the authorship has not being excluded.
iii. The contributions of each author be mentioned in statements properly.
iv. Declaration statement by the signatory to take the responsibility of each contribution provided.
v. Declaration statement for the conflict of interest.
vi. Statement of consent from non-authors that they are ready to being named under acknowledgment section. Also ensure that no non-author contributors have been omitted.
* Editors have the right to halt the article processing in case of any disputes from authors' side and resume the process after the dispute gets settled.
* Editors can be firm on the submission of certain forms any work related to the processing of the articles by providing a date of submission.
*If found any authorship disputes or any other error after the article gets published then the editor is obligated to do the correction though an erratum, corrigendum or it may also lead to retraction based upon the case.
* Editors are responsible to take all the submitted papers as confidential.
