Special Issues contain the articles on the specific area of interest and are guided by the Guest Editors as they take up the responsibility to handle this issue in a systematic way with the help of editorial team.
We recommend the Lead Guest Editor to involve other scholars as guest editors with him/her for dividing the work so as to complete the task on time.
Topics
Lead Guest Editor is responsible for providing the topic of interest, sometimes the authors can also suggest the topics, we are open to receive the suggestions and handover them to the Lead Guest Editor for further steps.
Topic should come under the aim and scope of the Journal and also it should not be previously used for any issues.
Invitation Letter
Once the topic is decided, we ask the Lead Guest Editor to provide letter of 200-300 words with the keywords which should include the purpose of the special issue, about the importance of the topic, why is there a need to write for this special issue, how is it matching with the aim and scope of the Journal, types of papers invited, etc.
Submitted Paper
It should not be published anywhere or submitted to other Journal. Authors need to follow the publication ethics of COPE and ICMJE. You can find the information in guidelines to authors.

Article Processing Charges
The charges will be sent to the contributors only after the final approval of their articles for publication and before the copyediting, typesetting and formatting of their articles to place online in the Journal.
Open Access Publishing
Articles will be made online in the journal as per their regular issues and the special link will be provided with them directing the main page of special issue where all special issue articles will be placed.
Advertisements and Citations
The links will be shared on different scholarly platforms, authors can also share the link in their websites or in social media, etc. to increase visibility, accessibility and citations. An E-book will be generated assorting all the special issue articles on the website. You can access it through our website, you can also request for the print copies by paying the cost.
Duties of the Lead Guest Editor
1. The Lead Guest Editor provides the topic within the scope of the Journal and takes the accountability in writing an invitation letter for introducing about the special issue to scholars.
2. He/she has to prepare a list of possible contributors in the field and send to the editorial office.
3. Should take up the responsibility for administering the peer review process by initially screening the manuscript if its accepted to undergo peer review process or not.
4. You need to provide all the details (name, affiliation, country, e-mail id, FAX number etc.
5. The Lead Guest Editor has to provide the URL of the website where your professional details, photograph and any other details are mentioned.
6. You need to help in providing minimum of 10 papers in the special issue. He should provide his opinion letter for the special issue.
7. You need to help in promoting the special issue in your relevant scholarly meetings, conferences, websites, and so on.
